2 scrambled eggs, Italian Rosemary Ham and Swiss cheese
served open faced on Borealis Multi-Grain Bread $9.
Classic Shirred Eggs
2 eggs baked in a dish with a little cream, herbed breadcrumbs
and Parmesan cheese. $8.
The egg whites are cooked while the yellow is a little soft.
